PLAYERS HANDBOOK

Match Day:

1. Arrive in Club Polo, Jeans or Black Trousers

2. Arrive at least 1 Hour prior to your Match.

Player Fines:

1. 50m Penalties $5.00

2. Yellow Cards $10.00

3. Red Cards $20.00

4. Late to Match $2.00

5. Missing Awards $1.00

6. Incorrect Attire $2.00

Training Rules:

1. Do not kick the ball after the whistle has been blown.

2. Skill Errors (missed target, dropped mark, etc.) - 5 push ups, 5 sit ups.

3. Wear only Appropriate Attire to Training - Footy shorts, club singlet or Footy Jumper. No Boardshorts or T-Shirts etc.

4. Last player in after the end of a drill - 10 pushs, 10 sit ups.
